- A reservation is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from YMO Rentals and any required deposit has been received.
- Cancellation and refund terms are provided with your quote or rental agreement. Please review them carefully before confirming a booking.
Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing safe access to the event site and accurate event details.
- Rented equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered, normal wear and tear excepted. You may be charged for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning.

- By providing your contact information, you agree we may contact you by email, phone, or text message about your quote, booking, or rental.
