Clear policies so you know what to expect from start to finish.

Rental Terms

  • All rentals are priced per item, per day unless otherwise noted in your quote.
  • A signed rental agreement and deposit are required to confirm your reservation.
  • Renter is responsible for ensuring an adult is available to receive and inspect items at delivery.

Damage Policy

  • Renter is responsible for all rented items from delivery through pickup.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged items will be charged at full replacement value.
  • Normal wear and tear is expected and not charged.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund of deposits.
  • Cancellations within 7–14 days will forfeit 50% of the deposit.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available throughout our service area for a flat or distance-based fee included in your quote.
  • Standard delivery is curbside or first floor; setup is available as an add-on service.
  • Renter is responsible for providing a clear, accessible delivery space.

Pickup Policy

  • Pickups are scheduled at the time of booking and confirmed 24 hours in advance.
  • All rented items must be returned to the original delivery location, stacked and ready for pickup.
  • Late pickups due to inaccessibility may incur an additional fee.
